Soldiers (SMWK)

Soldiers Making the Way for the King is a Lenten small group for men who are willing to face the challenge that it takes to grow in faith and brotherhood. In groups of 3, men will commit to a few shared, Lenten penances, agreed upon by the group. They will also check in daily by text and meet periodically in person to support each other through the process. Meanwhile, there is a daily reading from this year’s book, The Last Words of Christ by Fulton Sheen.

Typology: Discovering Christ Hidden in the Old Testament and Unveiled in the New Testament:

Sacred Scripture is far richer than a single reading typically reveals.  In our study series we’ll explore the beautiful Catholic tradition of “typology”.  Join us each Monday in March as we discover how Old Testament people, objects and events (the “types”) prophetically point to Christ, the sacraments, and other meaningful events throughout salvation history in mind-blowing ways.

Family Nights

Families come together once a month, pray with one another, and share a meal together. We spend 20 minutes in guided Adoration, followed by a meal provided by us and a time to be in community with one another. We always have board games, puzzles, coloring sheets, and more to provide for a night of fun without screens.

Men’s Group

Each week consists of a time for formation, a time for prayer, and a time for community. We start by reading a short section of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, then group lectio divina (guided meditation) on the upcoming Sunday gospel, followed by table discussion. We want to become better men with better marriages and better families.
